We strive to ship out all orders placed the same day by 12:00pm (noon-PST), Monday through Friday.
The only exception is National Holiday’s when our office is closed. 
We will ship out the order the following business day we return. 
Orders received during the weekend will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

 
Please note UPS shipping time frames can vary and we are not responsible for late or damaged packages.

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    All sales are final. Returns only result if the customer receives damaged goods. In this case,  the return must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. If your damage is reported outside of the 7 days, no exceptions will nor can be made. If you would like to submit a notification of damage for return, please send us a private message on this platform with pictures of the damaged items, the total number of units damaged, the style number, the company name, phone number, and contact info. Once a damage notification is reviewed, you will receive a response within 48 hrs. Once it is approved, you will be provided either a request to return the damaged goods and/or a notification of store credit. Only store credit will be given; no exceptions will be made, and no returns back to the original credit card used will be made or can be made. Store credits must be used within 60 days of the issuing date. Unauthorized returns will have a $25.00 processing charge. Sales are NOT guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

    Once an order has been confirmed by Justin Taylor buyer's can longer cancel an order. 
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If you order is cancelled by us you will not be charged.

All Justin Taylor products are one size fits all. (sizes S-1XL).

  • Q. What is the order minimum qty?
    You will receive a 6-piece pack per style and color of your choice. Let's say you're interested in a particular style that comes in 4 colors and you decide to go for Blue and Blush, you will receive 6 pieces of each color. If you require further assistance understanding anything, please feel free to give us a call. We would be more than happy to have a conversation with you. You can reach us at (310) 327-2244.
  • Q. If we're ordering 6 piece pack why can't we get an assortment of colors?
    Our warehouse receives our items pre-packaged by color, with each pack containing 6 pieces. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an assortment of colors as we do not break up the packs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Q. How do I make a return?
    Returns are welcomed if a buyer receives damaged goods. To claim your return, please send us an email at info@contempousa.com within 7 days of receiving your order with images of the damaged good, an explanation of the damage, amount of items damaged, and your order number. Once reviewed, we can offer either a exchange or credit. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Q. How long does it take to ship an order?
    We ship using an outsourced 3PL warehouse. It takes maximum 48 hrs hours for an order to be processed and packed. Once it has been packed we will provide the shipping amount, charge and ship out to the buyer. We will also message you throughout the process to keep you updated and informed on your order status.
  • Q. What does the 'other' option mean on shipping methods?
    We want to provide our customers with the best shipping price. Depending on an order size UPS can rack up in price so we use the 'Other' option as a way to quote the buyer with the best alternative shipping price with a carrier/trucking .
  • Q. Why did you charge my card?
     We will authorize and capture payments as soon as they become packed and ready to ship. Please note if you would like us to call before adding shipping cost and charging.
